Drivers must be at least 16 years old, and all participants must sign a waiver before the tour begins.
Guests under 19 must have their waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Our tours are designed for sightseeing and adventure — not racing. Riders must operate their machines in a safe and controlled manner at all times. Unsafe riding or excessive speed will result in removal from the tour without refund.
No refunds will be issued for tour removal due to unsafe behaviour or misconduct.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the equipment. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the tour in order to cover the cost of potential damages.
This is an outdoor activity over sometimes uneven and bumpy terrain. It may not be suitable for those with certain pre‑existing conditions. Guests should use their own judgment or consult a professional if they have concerns about participating.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the tour.
A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund.
