OKANAGAN ATV TOURS DISCLAIMER

You must be at least 16 years of age to operate an ATV and everyone must sign a waiver form.
Anyone under the age of 19 must be accompanied on tour by a parent or guardian.
This activity is a sightseeing tour and not a race or motocross experience. Anyone found to be riding at a high rate of speed or in an unsafe manner would forfeit the remainder of their tour.
There will be no refunds for forfeitures caused by customer misconduct.
You are responsible for the equipment you use and you are financially responsible for any damage you cause. A valid credit card is required at the time of the tour in order to cover the cost of potential damages.
A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for full refund.
