You must be at least 16 years of age to operate an ATV and must sign a waiver form. It is clearly stated that this activity is a sightseeing tour and not a race or motocross experience. Anyone found to be riding at a high rate of speed or in an unsafe manner would forfeit the remainder of this tour. There will be no refunds for forfeitures caused by customer misconduct. You are responsible for the equipment you use. A signed credit card imprint is required to cover potential damages. A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required or full payment will be processed.
